Blue

Every color has meaning — well, the meanings are subjective and can depend on what part of the planet you live on — BUT I was taught that blue means quality, professionalism, trust, and calmness. To me, blue can also mean magic and mystery. Cinderella mysteriously disappeared at the stroke of midnight (also a blue word) and magic made her ready to meet the prince in the first place. Plus, in the movie, her dress is blue. This poster and the Hansel & Gretel Poster in a previous post were both inspired by a poster for the Wizard of Oz Musical in Sherwood designed by Kendra Kurtz. I would post it here, but I can't find it anywhere online. Anyway, she focuses on the scenery of Oz. I focus more on type than anything else, but this time I decided to really get into the feel of the story.
