Below is the pamphlet I created for Concerts in Smith Park. The fold created interest, allowed for more information and kept the size small for easy distribution.
Facebook was my primary resource for scheduling performers. I also started a group and sent weekly updates to the 288 members about the concerts and performers.
This banner was hung at the busiest intersection in Rexburg. The Chamber of Commerce was going to replace it in order to advertise for the International Dance Festival, but I was able to advertise for both by attaching the circular posters to the sides.
After I authored and designed this sponsorship contract, I personally took it to local businesses.
Of the $1500 raised, I contracted $1200 but sponsorships aren't all about money. One of my first sponsors was Chesbro Music, who provided sound at a highly discounted rate.

Almost every week, I designed a circular poster and corresponding flier to advertise the individual concerts. These posters were put up in the windows of local businesses and the fliers were inserted into pamphlets and placed on the tellers' counters for customers to pick up.
Throughout the summer, I had a group pass out the pamphlets with Dum Dums to students at BYU–Idaho. We also passed them out during the 4th of July Parade. Approximately 10,000 pamphlets were distributed.
